- I would generally agree. I loved my PSI (Supra) and still use it today.
- Great software, great support. I loathed and finally sold my GlobalVillage
- Mercury (19.2k). Software was poor and inadequate, support couldn't care
- less (lots of "yes, that's a problem. No we aren't going to fix it"), and
- it was only reliable with another GV modem. I have no comments on the USR,
- as I've never used one.
