  30. I would generally agree. I loved my PSI (Supra) and still use it today.
  31. Great software, great support. I loathed and finally sold my GlobalVillage
  32. Mercury (19.2k). Software was poor and inadequate, support couldn't care
  33. less (lots of "yes, that's a problem. No we aren't going to fix it"), and
  34. it was only reliable with another GV modem. I have no comments on the USR,
  35. as I've never used one.
